Joyce's initiative and ability to elevate every role she was tasked with proved invaluable during ACM Awards week. She organized the VIP credentials process, escorted talent through radio interviews, and worked with talent teams for artist signings at both the ACM Awards and ACM Party for a Cause: Tailgate Party at Stoney's Rockin' Country.
