Special Episode of CMT Hot 20 Countdown to Air Sept. 27 Featuring Highlights and Exclusive Moments from the Country Music Industry’s Favorite Night

NASHVILLE, TN — The Academy of Country Music® is partnering with CMT to deliver the 18th ACM Honors to a national audience starting Saturday, Sept. 27.
The three-hour special episode of CMT Hot 20: ACM Honors Edition will be hosted by CMT’s Cody Alan and Carissa Culiner, along with 18th ACM Honors hosts Russell Dickerson and Carly Pearce, featuring exclusive backstage conversations with honorees and performers, memorable moments from throughout the night, and exclusive performances to air only in the broadcast.

Industry tickets to the 18th ACM Honors on Wednesday, Aug. 20 at The Pinnacle at Nashville Yards are available, but limited. 18th ACM Honors performers include Luke Bryan, Dickerson, Karen Fairchild, Carter Faith, Ashley Gorley, Amy Grant, Chris Janson, Jamey Johnson, Miko Marks, Ashley McBryde, K. Michelle, Pearce, Victoria Shaw, and Tucker Wetmore.
This year’s honorees are Lori Badgett, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Jessie Jo Dillon, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Mac McAnally, Rissi Palmer, Randy Travis, “Twisters,” Ben Vaughn, and Lainey Wilson. Winners of the Industry Awards and Studio Recording Awards from the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards will be celebrated as well.
