ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC® WELCOMES JANA KRAMER FOR A VISIT

Encino, CA (July 19, 2012) – The Academy of Country Music welcomed Jana Kramer to the office while she was in Los Angeles last week. Kramer recently released her self-titled debut album through Elektra Nashville. While at the Academy she performed her hit song “Why Ya Wanna” and signed up for professional ACM membership, as part of the Academy’s complimentary one-year membership offered to support emerging artists.

6th ANNUAL ACM HONORS TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 AT HISTORIC RYMAN AUDITORIUM IN NASHVILLE

ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC PLEDGES $2.5 MILLION TO COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME® AND MUSEUM’S CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 11, 2012 – The Academy of Country Music has pledged $2.5 million to Working on a Building: Country Music Lives Here, the capital campaign that will finance the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum’s expansion from 140,000 square feet to more than 350,000 square feet. The museum’s expansion will include the ACM Contemporary Gallery, which will examine modern developments and current trends in country music.

ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC® WELCOMES JERROD NIEMANN FOR A VISIT

Encino, CA (July 2, 2012) – The Academy of Country Music welcomed Sea Gayle/Arista Nashville recording artist Jerrod Niemann to the office while he was in Los Angeles last week. The “Lover Lover” hit-maker is gearing up for the October 2nd release of his sophomore album, Free The Music; a follow up to his 2010 major label debut Judge Jerrod & The Hung Jury. While at the Academy he performed his current single “Shinin’ On Me,” and previewed songs from Free The Music for Academy staff.

ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC® WELCOMES THE CASEY DONAHEW BAND FOR A VISIT

Encino, CA (June 28, 2012) – The Academy of Country Music welcomed Casey Donahew and A.C. Copeland of the Casey Donahew Band to the office while they were in Los Angeles this week.
