VOTING TIMELINE FOR 2015 AWARDS
October 31st Deadline to Apply for
New Memberships & Renew Existing Memberships
To Be Eligible to Vote for the
50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in 2015
Encino, CA (October 6, 2014) – The Academy of Country Music announced today the ballot timeline for professional membership voting for the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, to be broadcast LIVE from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX on Sunday, April 19 2015 at 8:00PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network. Details and timeline for fan voting will be announced at a later date.
New membership applications and existing membership renewals must be completed by 5:00 PM CT on Friday, October 31, 2014 for members to be eligible to vote during the 2015 Awards cycle.
The ballot timeline for professional members is as follows:
- Nomination Round Ballot Opens – Wednesday, December 3, 2014
- Nomination Round Ballot Closes – Wednesday, December 10, 2014
- Second Round Ballot Opens – Monday, January 12, 2015
- Second Round Ballot Closes – Tuesday, January 20, 2015
- Final Round Ballot Opens – Monday, March 23, 2015
- Final Round Ballot Closes – Monday, March 30, 2015
